Max weight 20 lb each. Pet limit 1 allowed. We accept one indoor cat, no more than 20 pounds, and at least 1 year of age per apartment home. (Sorry, no dogs at this time!).

Pets allowed. We love pets! Though, we do ask that you limit it to one indoor cat or dog, 50 pounds or less, and at least one year of age. We ask for an additional $400 pet deposit, available for refund. There’s also a monthly $30 pet rent.Dogs allowed.

We have an exclusive partnership with Xfinity, who has already installed modems into each apartment home. This offers incredible convenience to our residents who move in and want itnernet immedietly. Simply call to activiate your internet, 150 mbs download speed with the option to upgrade, and you're set! No need to schedule a time and wait for a technician to come out to get you connected. As if convenience wasn't enough, there's great savings as well! This service is $28/mo for residents, paid in additon to rent, and is significantly lower than what you'd pay if you were getting internet on your own.
