How do I know if I am eligible?
Under federal guidelines, the majority of Clairmont households must include one member who is at least 55 years old. There are a limited number of apartments available for adult occupants that do not meet the senior eligibility guidelines. Please call for availability. Children under 18 are welcome to visit but may not reside at Clairmont.
What are the age requirements?
