Pets allowed. Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $375 per pet. Non-refundable pet fee is $525 for 2 pets. Additional non-refundable pet fee of $100 for pets under the age of 1. Monthly pet rent of $35 will be charged per pet. No reptiles or exotic animals. Bird or fish welcome. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons. Please contact the office regarding our service animal policy. Breed restrictions include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman, Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf Dog Hybrids, Pitbull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, Pit Bull Bordeaux, and Fila Brasileiro. We reserve the right to additional breeds at any time. Pet Amenities: Dog Park.
