Your household gross minimum monthly income to qualify for the home is 2.5x the monthly rent (other qualifications apply - credit, criminal, rental history). Mobile subsidy is accepted in these homes. Your subsidy must cover the entirety of the rent. Please only apply for these homes if you believe your household meets the minimum income requirements. Rent is subject to change at any time. Square footage is approximate. Layouts may vary. Application Fee: Non-refundable $55 fee per adult, 18 years of age or older. Holding Fee: Non-refundable $200 Holding Fee is due within 24 hours of notification of application pre-approval. Holding Fee can be applied to Security Deposit or Rent at move-in. If application is denied by Management for reasons outside of applicant’s control between initial pre-approval and move-in, the fee may be refunded. Security Deposit: $400 (Applicant may pay $200 at lease signing and opt to use the $200 Holding Fee as the balance of the Deposit at move-in, otherwise, the full $400 is due at lease signing with Holding Fee used as a pre-payment of Rent at move-in).
