Pets allowed. Monthly pet rent for 1 cat = $40, 2 cats = $60, 1 dog = $50, 2 dogs = $75, 1 cat/1 dog =$65. Max of 2 pets per household. There is a $150 penalty fee for each instance of breaking a pet rule. If an unauthorized pet is found there will be a $500 penalty fee. We don’t have a weight limit, but please keep in mind that breed restrictions do apply. Breed Restrictions: Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier/Pitbull, Doberman, Dalmatian, Cane Corso, Akita, Chow, Husky, German Shepherd, American Bulldog, Presa Canario Mastiff, or any breed that management deems to have vicious characteristics, or similar markings or appearance from the list above. Cats must be indoors only and only domestic breeds are allowed.
