Pet limit 2 allowed. Total of 2 pets allowed. Required Pet Fees - $400 Non-refundable fee and $35 Pet Rent per month per pet. Breed restrictions may apply. No aggressive breeds. Capitol Crossings allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment and limitations may apply. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required for each pet and pet rent will be charged of $35/month per pet. A photograph of and shot records will be required for each. Shot records must be provided annually throughout subsequent leases. Required meet and greet. No exotic animals shall be allowed. Service animals for special needs are accepted with third party medical care-giver authorization. Dogs of a class with known vicious or aggressive propensity shall not be permitted. Examples of these breeds (but not exclusive): Pit Bulls (Bull terriers, or American Staffordshire terriers), Rottweilers, German shepherds, Dobermans, Chow Chow, Presa canarios, Akitas, full blood or mixed at any percentage are PROHIBITED from visiting or residing at our community.
