Please contact our leasing team for details about our pet restrictions. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply. Weight limit is 35lbs. We accept cats and dogs. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee (due at move-in). There is also a $300 pet deposit per pet. Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy.
