The New Hope Community is located in Pleasantville, NJ, a few miles from the beaches and entertainment in Atlantic City. The project has 128 rental units consisting of one, two, three and four bedroom townhomes. All units provide sustainable design features that make them more durable, desirable and environmentally-friendly. The interiors include modern kitchens as well as washer/dryer hook-ups, wall-to-wall carpeting, and ample exposure to natural sunlight. The project is anchored by a magnificent 4,700 square foot community building with space for meetings, after school programs and a computer lab.
