The community consists of three residential buildings containing an even mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments that have gone under massive interior and exterior renovations to revitalize the entire community. Renovations include new windows and doors, new plank flooring to replace the carpet, kitchens with energy star appliances, washers and dryers added to every unit, fresh paint, new lighting, and a reconfigured community space that replaces the former laundry facilities and offices with a resident lounge and multi-use room, storage and resident service programs. Located conveniently off Route-9 and just minutes from the beach; the community is close to retail, dining, public transit stops, parks and marinas.
