Max weight 60 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Cats and Dogs Allowed. Additional fees for two pets. City Ordinances. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Pet Rent is $35.00 per pet. Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted on our property. Pets must be at least six (6) months of age. No pets over sixty (60) pounds when fully grown. Pet deposit is $175.00 plus a non-refundable $100.00–$150.00 pet fee per pet. Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit. There are breed restrictions against Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, any mix thereof, or any other recognized vicious breeds of dogs. All pet animals must be currently vaccinated and licensed according to local city ordinances.
