Security pet deposit $200

Max weight 55 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. We permit a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 55Ā pounds with a one time, refundable pet deposit of $200.00 per pet. Pet owners must supply current vet records showing up to dateĀ immunizations and a photo of each pet. Pets must be kept on a leash atĀ all times when not in the owner’s apartment. Residents are responsibleĀ for cleaning up after their pet (pet waste stations are locatedĀ throughout the property) and can be fined or given a lease violation for failure to do so. For the protection of our residents we do not permit specific breeds ofĀ dogs, including: Akitas, Chows, Dalmations, Doberman Pinschers,Ā German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, SiberianĀ Huskies, Staordshire Terriers, or Wolf Hybrids. Emotional SupportĀ Animals are permissible with documentation.
