*Income: Must be equivalent to three times the monthly rent (Gross)*Credit and Criminal Background Check - 650 or higher to qualify for the home.*Application fee: 65 per adult that will reside in the home longer than 7 days in a year (18 years of age and older)*Credit Score: If it is 650 or higher the security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.*Uploaded verification of income andor employment. Signed Previous Rental Inquiry Form, Copy of photo id.*Security Deposit: The Security Deposit must be paid within 24 hours. The unit will remain active, and applications received until this occurs. *Rent is Prorated on 30 days a month. *Prior to Move-In: At least three business days prior to move in the rent amount is due, proof of renter's insurance policy and proof of utilities to be in tenant's name must be provided. The nonrefundable pet fee, if applicable, is also due at this time.*Day of Move In: Keys Will be provided by either a member of the property management team or as discussed. A Move-In Inspection form will be emailed, completed by the tenants and returned to Ranson Real Estate within 2 days of move in. Once the move-in inspection form is returned the property management team will determine what items will be addressed.
