Max weight 300 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. At Beacon Hill Apartments, we love your pets as much as you do! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs, as well as turtles, non-poisonous frogs, hermit crabs, small domesticated birds, domestic fish, and domestic hamsters and gerbils. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed for liability reasons. An upfront fee of $400 for one pet or $600 for two pets applies. Fees for non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Maximum two pets per home, please. The monthly per-pet fee is $25 or $40 for two. Please contact our friendly office for more information on all pet fees. Unless used as an assistance animal, the following restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds.
