Applicants are screened on credit history and criminal background. Applicants cannot have an unpaid balance with their current landlord or mortgage holder unless paid in full before approval. Unpaid balances with previous landlords may also impact your approval. Previous evictions are factored into your credit history. We require 2 years of positive rental history. We verify previous addresses, and your rental verification must match.
