The Villages at Westford is the ultimate pet-friendly community — with two leash-free dog parks, a pet spa and bathing room, and plenty of green space and trails around the neighborhood. We are pleased to accept cats, dogs, and these non-traditional pets: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed for liability reasons. A maximum of three pets are allowed (maximum two dogs), with a one-time pet fee of $400 for the first pet and $500 for two or more. The monthly per-pet rent is $25.
