The interior has recently been remodeled and each unit includes a stove and refrigerator, as well as individual temperature controls, individual smoke sensors and wiring for cable TV, internet and telephone. There are garbage chutes on each floor as well as a central meeting room, game room, library, laundry facilities, computer room, common area kitchen, and elevators. There is rental assistance available on some unit types and we accept Vouchers for our deluxe units. All utilities are paid except for phone and cable.
