Monthly pet rent $20

Max weight 50 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. No exotic animals - see full policy for details. Limit of two (2) pets per apartment.   Total weight not to exceed a maximum of 50 pounds (weight at maturity).  An example would be an applicant with one cat and one dog.  The combined weight of both animals must not exceed 50 pounds. Automatic exclusion of certain breeds such as Akita, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Shar Pei, German Shepherd, Pit Bulls, and Pit Bull types, (A pit bull-type dog is a combination of dog breeds that includes the American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, American bulldog and any other purebred or mixed-breed dog that is a combination of these dogs) and any mixed breeds that include the mentioned as well as wolf crossbreeds.  Management will retain the right to request a pre-approval interview with the pet owner and the pet before allowing the move-in.  Management also requires proof of proper vaccination of any animal moving onto the property. Additional examples of animals prohibited in the apartments include those under the umbrella of exotics, such as wild species cat, primates such as chimps or monkeys, larger reptiles such as constrictor snakes, and other species that come into account as exotic. Management reserves the right to pre-approve any questionable animal. Management retains the right to photograph the pet for the resident file for any future need to identify the animal. Residents without a pet deposit are prohibited from keeping/watching an animal for someone else without prior approval from Management. Any animal falling into the prohibited category will be automatically prohibited from being allowed on the property. Pet deposits are $350.00 and partially non-refundable. Pet rent per pet is $20 a month in an unfurnished apartment and $35 in a furnished unit.
