Cats and Dogs welcome: 2 pets max per apartment. All pets must be 12 months or older (no puppies or kittens)
Pet registration: Veterinarian records showing age, weight, breed and shot records is required prior to move-in.
Pet fee: $300 per pet, non-refundable
Pet rent: 1 Pet $30 per month / 2 Pets $60 per month
Weight limit: 55lbs or a total of 55lbs for two pets
Breed restrictions: No aggressive breeds allowed including; Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Akitas, German Shepards, and wolf or hybrid breeds
