The resident is responsible for a portion of their water, sewer, and storm-water usage along with trash and preventative pest control services which will be billed monthly with rent: 1-bed $90(Hot water is included), 2-bed Scarlett $115 (Hot water is included) 2-bed Pyrenean/Emery $100, 3-bed $110 *Move-in date and unit are approximate and subject to change based on availability. The reservation must be confirmed via the leasing office and all required paperwork and application fees paid within 24 hours of the request.
