Max weight 80 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Caged birds and fish are welcome. A $350 fee applies to dogs and cats for one pet and just a $250 additional fee to add a second. When you add a second loved one to your home, pet rent increases by only $10/month. Breed restrictions apply. We do not allow snakes, lizards, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, monkeys, iguanas, or other exotic animals. We love our furry residents!
