Ridgeway Estates offers affordable townhouse rental options with great commuting access to both Rochester and Minneapolis, great neighborhood, many amenities from Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Patio/Balcony, Playground, Washer/Dryer and more. This rental community is pet friendly, welcoming both cats and dogs. It has a variety of floor plans ranging in size from 910 to 1200 sq.ft.   No utilities are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities including water, electricity, gas and optional internet or cable tv. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums.
