Before completing an application, Please confirm the following: Tenant Screening & Rental Application Policy Income: We operate under the Section 42 Tax Credit Affordable Housing Program, which means total household income must be under one of the following limits based on household size and apartment option available. 60% Units - 1 OCCUPANT = $31,320 - 2 OCCUPANTS = $35,760 - 3 OCCUPANTS = $40,260 - 4 OCCUPANTS = $44,700 - 5 OCCUPANTS = $48,300 - 6 OCCUPANTS = $51,900   The security deposit for this property is equal to one month’s base rent. The following is due at the time of application: $200 portion of the security deposit (the remainder of the security deposit will be due at lease signing) $22 non-refundable application fee per (age 18+) applicant Applications fees must be paid in one of the following ways: Credit card or ACH (e-check) with an online application Money order or cashier’s check (payable to Hornig Companies) with a hard copy application All in-person applications must be turned in directly to the on-site management.
