Linderhof Park is a HUD subsidized 56 unit apartment complex made up of 4 buildings. This is a great apartment community to live in. Many long term residents live here, some for over twenty years! Our great staff keeps the property well cared for. We have onsite parking and laundry facilities on every floor. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash removal. New Ulm is a city of charm and tradition located on the Minnesota River. There is something for everyone with our newly constructed New Ulm Civic Center and newly remodeled Community Center; as well as the Family Recreation Center. Our property is conveniently within walking distance to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, shops, and several churches. A county bus service is also available for those who wish to use it for a small fee. New Ulm is famous for baseball at Johnson Park, but football, soccer, volleyball, and other sports, take place at the many city parks. Fishing or boating is available on the Minnesota River that flows right through town. Families will like Flandrau State Park on New Ulm's west side with their hiking paths (birding, too!) and outdoor pool, but may also enjoy two city parks with swimming pools and the new bike path. A BMX track, skate park, and frisbee golf course offer entertainment for the older kids. A paint-ball park is outside of New Ulm and there is an indoor swimming pool and walking track at the Recreation Center. Winter brings ice-fishing, sledding, and skating in both outdoor and indoor ice rinks. Chase away the winter blues by visiting Schell's Bock Fest and the Concord Singer's Fasching held at the August Schell Brewery grounds featuring music, food, beverages, and entertainment. Join the medallion hunt in the adjoining Flandrau State Park and the parade that wanders through the crowd.
