The following is due at the time of application: $200 portion of the security deposit (the remainder of the security deposit will be due at lease signing) $22 non-refundable application fee per (age 18+) applicant Applications fees must be paid in one of the following ways: Credit card or ACH (e-check) with an online application Money order or cashier’s check (payable to Hornig Companies) with a hard copy application All in-person applications must be turned in directly to the leasing office.
