Application Instructions Please select "Applicant Login" or choose an available floor plan and unit on the "Floor Plans" page Submit one application per adult applying for the unit Submit one application fee of $45 per applicant. There is an additional $15 fee per state not included in the SuperSearch (the states are listed below) It is a $25 application fee per cosigner. Submit pre-lease security pre-lease deposit fee of $300. This is a combined fee if more than one person is applying for the same apartment. This amount holds the apartment while the application is being processed, and it will go toward the security deposit if application is approved. If application is canceled within 24 hours or if the applicant is denied, the deposit fee will be returned. If application is cancelled after 24 hours, only half of the deposit fee is refundable. Complete the Application by filling in all blank spaces as appropriate. In order to expedite your application, upload recent paystubs for proof of income and proof of photo identification.
