Welcome to Knollcrest Apartments! We're conveniently located just off the Madison Avenue hill, yet secluded from traffic and back dropped by a wooded ravine. We provide spacious two-bedroom apartments with ample in-unit storage space, a dining area, and large windows. Knollcrest offers off-street parking at no cost with the option of a garage or secure storage unit for an additional cost. Sitting by the fire pit on our outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We allow up to two pets per unit with a non-refundable pet fee. There is plenty of green space around the property for dogs to exercise. We are in the process of various updates both in and outside each of the buildings.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit equal to one month of rent and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. OCCUPANCY The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy.
