Belle Court Apartments are BRAND NEW to Belle Plaine! Belle Plaine is a perfect location for those who are looking to commute to the cities for work along with the small town feel. Belle Court Apartments offer one- and two-bedroom apartments with in-unit laundry and detached garages. Short-term leases are available. Sorry, Section 8 Vouchers are not allowed. We offer both market rate (no income limits to qualify) and affordable units (income restrictions apply). Our affordable units are funded through a housing program called TIF, Tax Increment Financing. Income limits are required to qualify for these units. Please call Nolan at (612) 751-9503 for additional information about these TIF units. Income Restrictions for TIF Units: A household of one must make $43,500 or less per year. A household of two must make $49,700 or less per year. A household of three must make $55,900 or less per year. A household of four must make $62,100 or less per year. A deposit of $1000 and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. The maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom. In addition, each unit is limited to two adults per household.
