Thank you for your interest in Coolidge Terrace Cooperative. We are a community that is made up of garden style, two-bedroom apartments. The current membership fee is $3,000.00. Your monthly carrying charge payment will be between $370.00 and $378.00, depending on the unit. Part of the application process does require you, and all occupants, to meet with our Board of Directors.Your move in cost will include the membership fee and your first month's carrying charge payment. Members are responsible for placing the utilities (lights and gas) in their own name, prior to move in.Please note, Incomplete applications will be denied. Applicant requirements:1. Complete an application for membership:2. Provide proof of your income:A. Letter from employer (must be on employer's letterhead, state job title, start date, rate of pay, and average hours worked per week) Or,B. Six (6) consecutive pay check stubs:3. Provide most recent W-2 form:4. Provide a copy of valid driver's license for anyone 18 years or older:5. Provide a copy of valid social security card(s) for all occupants in the household:6. Sign authorizations for credit check, criminal background search, and landlord history.7. Submit $25.00 non-refundable application fee in the form of a Money Order (only) for each household member ages 18 years and older.
