Max weight 65 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Non-refundable one-time fee of $250 per pet. We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed. Pets may be dogs or cats but each pet cannot be more than a weight of 65 pounds. No more than two (2) pets with a combined weight of 100 pounds are allowed per apartment.
