Here at Sherman Oaks Apartments you can enjoy your life and leave the worries of your home in our hands. Our full time maintenance and grounds crew takes care of everything. Our office staff truly cares about each resident. Our kitchen/dining room provides delicious home-made food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of our residents have the option of eating at our dining room or ordering in with apartment delivery.
There is a $50 per applicant fee to process an application. There is a $25 waiting list fee. If the apartment you want is not available now, you can be placed on a waiting list. We recommend that you consider this step only if you can be ready to move in the next 18 months or less because life changes quickly and the apartment you want could open. Putting yourself on the list helps you move forward faster. If you have been offered property that meets your request but you turn it down, you will be charged an additional $25 fee to remain on the list at your one year anniversary date.
