Restricted breeds include Rottweilers, and Bully Breeds, including but not limited to the American Bully, American Pocket Bully, American Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, English Bulldog, Shorty Bull, American Bulldog, Pacific Bulldog AND any mix of the Rottweiler or Bully breeds.  Limit 3 animals per apartment and all animal owners must provide the following documentation prior to lease signing: Current vet records for each animal, that includes the animal breed, estimated weight at full growth, and rabies vaccination. A picture of the animal. Proof or Renters Insurance that allows the properties insurance company to subrogate against the Lessee (Provided prior to Move In). Animal Rent, Fee, and Deposit Animal Deposit: $300 refundable (flat rate) Animal Fee: $150 non-refundable (per animal; limit 3 per apartment) Animal Rent: $20 per month for 1 animal, $10 per month for each additional animal (limit 3 per apartment)Cats allowed. One-time Fee is Per Pet. Dogs allowed. One-time Fee is Per pet. Restricted Breeds Include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and any Mix of Pit Bull or Rottweiler.
