Ingerman, in partnership with The Elkton Housing Authority, is redeveloping two communities - Elkton Senior Apartments and Windsor Village - in downtown Elkton, Cecil County, Maryland. When completed, the senior community, renamed Birchwood at Main, will offer 50 rentals for households 62 and over in one controlled entry building off Main Street. Additionally, it's sister site, renamed The Willows at Windsor Village, will offer 50 rentals for families 18 and over across 25 duplex buildings with private entry.
The renovated apartments will feature a variety of spacious floorplans with new energy efficient appliance packages, new heating and cooling systems, and either in-unit washers and dryers or on premise facilities. Both properties will offer resident lounges, off-street parking, 24/7 maintenance and onsite management offices. Residents will have easy access to downtown Elkton's many retail, recreation, academic and dining offerings.
