For garden style apartments, your pet must not exceed 65 pounds and for mid-rise/high-rise it must not exceed 35 pounds. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $300 refundable pet deposit, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $45 monthly pet rent/ pet. If you sign up for Jetty Renter's Insurance, your pet deposit will be waived.
