Please use the following formula:  [(Current Mortgage/Rent + New Apt. Monthly Rent) x 12 months] % (Total Gross Household Income)<0.3(or 30%) Minimum annual gross household income = Rent X 40 Example: Rent is $1500, then the minimum income would be $1500 X 40 = $60,000. In this example the minimum gross household income would be $60,000. Each Application must be associated with a unique email account. You will not be able to use the same email account for multiple applications. Therefore, co-applicants must use different email addresses to register.
