The Avenue on Portage is a composition of two separate Winnipeg landmarks - the Avenue building, constructed in 1904 and Hample, finished two years later. Unoccupied for a decade, the two structures have now been united to create the Avenue on Portage. With high ceilings, an open concept design and incredible views, The Avenue East includes 60 rental units that range in size from 430 to 1,020 square feet.
