Cats allowed. Dogs allowed. This is a cat and dog friendly building that has no size restrictions on dogs, however, the pets must be specifically approved by the Landlord. Other conditions: Tenants with pets must pay a pet deposit as well as a pet DNA kit fee (for participating buildings) Maximum of two pets All pets must be carried and/or on a leash when going through the common areas Pet owners must clean up after their pets The pet must not disturb others in the building.
