There is not monthly fee for Caged Pets Fish are excluded from the caged pet fees, but all tanks must be under 50 gallons.

The Cedar Springs Duplex community is nestled just along the Kansas River in Bonner Springs, KS. This quaint little city offers a quiet suburb free from the hustle and bustle of Kansas City. The K7 provides great access to the highway network to get around the KC Metro area. The Legends shopping center in Kansas City, KS to Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS are among the places you will be able to get to on the K7. Of course, Kansas City is approximately a 25-minute drive from Bonner Springs, allowing exploration of the bigger city! The duplexes are a standard 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath with full unfinished Basement and 2 car garages. The lower level includes nice open living room, eat-in kitchen with granite counter-tops and great cabinet space that includes the dishwasher, range, and garbage disposal, 1/2 bath off kitchen, pantry, coat closet, entry to garage and access to the full unfinished basement; which would be great for additional storage! While the upper level includes large master bedroom that has an attached master bathroom with double vanity and two secondary bedrooms with good size closets that share the full bathroom located in the hallway.
