A nonrefundable administrative fee of $100 will be required to process the application, in addition to the application fee. A holding fee in the amount of $250 is to be applied as follows: $250 holding fee must be paid within 48 hours of approval of the application. Within 14 days, an additional deposit shall be paid equaling 1-2 months’ rent (based on credit approval). This amount shall be considered as part of the holding fee. If the applicant does not take possession of the apartment and/or cancels the lease prior to its inception, these monies will be forfeited to the owner.
