Minimum Income requirement is three times the rental amount per month. (Example $1,000 month apartment must earn at least $3,000 month income)Applicants must have a 625 or higher credit score, no more than 3 items in collections (excluding medical) no open bankruptcies and no felonies. Applicant(s) must provide the following: 1) W-2 from the previous year employment. 2) Current pay stubs reflecting full current year income, both current pay period and year to date income. Please note that in addition to the above, other income documents may be required to complete the income qualification of Applicant(s).
