Restricted pet breeds: pit bull terrier, staffordshire terrier, rottweiler, german shepherd, presa canario,chow chow, doberman pinscher, akita, wolf hybrid, mastiff, cane corso, great dane, alaskan malamute, husky, standard poodle. A maximum of 2 domestic animals are permitted per apartment. Please note the one-time $250 pet fee is charged per lease application, not per pet. Full and partial breeds of any of the following dogs are prohibited: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Boxer, Dalmatian, and St. Bernard. Documentation from a veterinarian stating breed, weight, and vaccination records is required. Photo of animal is required. Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.
