A building dog tag will be issued for the dog and needs to be worn. Violation of this policy would result in a $50.00 fine. 61 Banks Street is pet friendly with a two (2) pet maximum per residence. Veterinary records and a photo of each pet are required at application. A $500 non-refundable pet fee is required. Dogs will be issued a building tag that needs to be worn.
