Resident is permitted two (2) dogs OR two (2) cats OR one (1) dog & one (1) cat.  For multiple pets, the combined weight limit is 80 lbs.  For a single pet, the weight limit is 60 lbs.  Fees are $400 per dog and $200 per cat for the initial lease term.  For each renewal, fees are $200 per dog and $100 per cat for the duration of the renewal term.  Cats must be declawed and spayed/neutered.  Dogs must be enrolled in PooPrints upon move-in.  Dogs must be spayed/neutered.  Restricted breeds include the following: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Great Danes, Kangals, Kuchi, Mastiffs (of any type), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rhodesin Ridgebacks, Rottweilers, Shepards (of any type), Shiba Inus, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire, Wolf-hybrids, or mixed breeds that contain any of the above breeds.
