There are 26 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units. Two of the units are fully accessible to residents with disabilities and the rest are adaptable, ensuring they can be easily modified to become accessible for residents with disabilities or mobility challenges. Living at Valor Pointe Apartments offers easy access to all the downtown activities including festivals, art walks, the Farmers’ Markets, concerts and parades as well as restaurants, shopping, museums, banks, entertainment, and public transportation. We are Close to medical clinics and hospitals. Our apartments offer an electric stove, refrigerator, central heat and air conditioning, window coverings, laminate floors, wood trim, and large windows. Water, sewer, and trash are included. Valor Pointe Apartments offers secure building access, a therapeutic garden, gym, community room/ clubhouse as well as an on-site complimentary laundry facility; private mailboxes and bike storage racks.
