Limit of 2 Pets: Each apartment home can have a maximum of 2 pets. One-time Non-refundable Pet Fee: There is a $400 fee per pet due at move-in. This fee is paid once and is not refundable. Monthly Pet Rent: A $20 monthly pet rent per pet applies. This is a recurring fee paid each month for each pet. Pet Registration and Approval: All pets must be registered and approved through PetScreening.com. To ensure a pet-friendly and responsible environment, all pets and animals on our property must be documented. This is to mitigate risks to other residents and animals, which can create liability for pet owners. By filling out a digital PetScreening profile, residents acknowledge their understanding of our pet policies, how to adhere to them, and the potential penalties. Community PooPrints DNA Program: All pets must participate in the PooPrints DNA program, the first and largest commercial DNA Waste Management Program. $250 Fine for DNA Matches: If a pet's DNA matches that of a resident's pet, there is a $250 fine per occurrence. Prohibited Dog Breeds: The following dog breeds and mixes are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, and American Pit Bull terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. Residents wishing to have pets in the apartment must adhere to these rules and fees. Prospective residents are advised to review and understand these policies before moving in with their pets.
