Pets allowed. We pride ourselves in being a pet friendly community!  To keep a furry family member at this property, you must pay a non-refundable pet deposit of $350 per pet. A monthly pet rent of $15 per animal is also required. We allow up to 2 animals, dogs or cats. Dogs cannot exceed 50 lbs and all animals must be spayed or neutered. Veterinarian records and proof of updated vaccinations must also be provided. Thank you for your cooperation!.
