Berkeley Landing’s one bedroom apartments in Duluth are ideal for you. Our one bedroom floor plan measures 965 square feet and includes a quaint outdoor deck or patio space. It also includes a spacious walk-in closet and a small study space that’s connected to the bedroom. If you’re looking for additional space, Berkeley Landing also offers two bedroom apartments in Duluth. We have two floor plans available with two bedrooms, measuring 1,000 square feet and 1,200 square feet. In addition to differences in the size and dimensions of each room, the larger option includes a second full bathroom attached to the primary bedroom. Qualification Criteria: CheckPoint I.D. is used to verify all identifications via your government-issued photo ID. Applicants must have a gross monthly income of 3 times the rent. Applicants are screened on credit history and criminal background. Applicants cannot have an unpaid balance with their current landlord or mortgage holder unless paid in full before approval. Unpaid balances with previous landlords may also impact your approval. Previous evictions are factored into your credit history. We require 2 years of positive rental history.
