Pets allowed. We are a pet friendly community and your pets are our residents too!   We have a great bark park in the community for off the leash fun for your dog and lots of walking trails in our wooded community for nice long walks with your furry friend! We allow up to (2) pets per apartment home.  Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for one pet and an additional $200 for a 2nd pet.   Our monthly pet rent is $20 per month/per pet.   We do have breed restrictions so please contact us for more details.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.
