Listed below is the list of aggressive breeds created in a report issued by the CDC. Indoor pets per apartment may not exceed 50 lbs. and 27 inches in height. No exotic animals are permitted. There is a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee per pet. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly Pet Rent per pet.
