Pet limit 2 allowed. 2 Pets Maximum per apartment. Max 80lbs Contact office for breed restrictions. A maximum of two pets is allowed, with no weight limit. The one-time fee of $350.00 is per dog and $300.00 per cat. The monthly pet rent is $20.00 per animal. All dogs are required to enroll in our Doggy DNA program and Pet Screening. A Pet Deposit, Pet Fee, and/or Pet Rent may be required for each pet in an apartment. Pet Deposits are refundable, Pet Fees are non-refundable and Pet Rent is also non-refundable. RAM Communities follow a "No Aggressive Breeds" policy. Dog breeds not allowed are Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull or Pit Bull Mix, Chow Chow, American Bully, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, and any other breed identified by Management as aggressive.
