A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed. Fees and Pet Rent: $500 non-refundable fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per month. (Pet rent and fee noted above are per pet.) Additional Details: No reptiles or exotic animals please. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons.
